Delete your Convoy Link account
You can request permanent deletion of your Convoy Link account and associated data at any time. Review what happens below, then submit your request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- Convoy history and shared trips
- Saved locations, pins, and routes
- Chat messages and shared media
- Location and tracking history
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records)
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
